A candidate must be:- (i) A citizen of India or (ii) A subject of Nepal or (iii) A subject of Bhutan or (iv) A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with intention of permanently settling in India.
B.Tech. degree/diploma in Engineering awarded by IGNOU to the students who were enrolled up to academic year 2009- 10 shall be treated as valid, wherever applicable.
